The Role
This is a unique opportunity to join Forgent AI on the ground floor. It’s a role for people who know how to drive a deal from first conversation to signature. You'll own full-cycle sales to mid-market and enterprise clients, driving deals from first conversation to signature. Working directly with our founders, you'll sell AI solutions into public procurement—a complex, high-stakes market with multi-million euro contracts.
This role demands someone who thrives on autonomy and can navigate long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. You'll shape our product through direct customer feedback while becoming an expert in how AI transforms winning through RFPs.
What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle sales from prospecting to close, consistently exceeding quota in the public procurement sector
- Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes across enterprises and mid-market companies to land and expand deals
- Partner with founders on sales strategy, refining messaging and GTM approaches for our market
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate customer feedback into roadmap priorities
You’ll Thrive Here If You
- Have 3+ years as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS with proven quota attainment
- Excel at complex enterprise sales - long cycles, multiple stakeholders, technical evaluations
- Can translate AI capabilities into business value for diverse audiences
- Are based in Berlin (or eager to relocate)
- Speak fluent English and German
