The Role

You'll be the first business hire sitting between customers, product, and GTM at Forgent AI. Your job: own the commercial outcome of every customer relationship, from first pilot to full rollout, and turn what works into a repeatable growth engine. You'll own the full post-sale journey (pilot, onboarding, adoption, expansion), work hands-on with our earliest customers to embed Forgent AI into their tender workflows, prove measurable ROI, and build the playbook that makes customer success repeatable.

Build the commercial logic for retention and growth.

Be the bridge to product.

Build the function from zero. Create onboarding templates, health scoring, playbooks, escalation paths, and enablement materials. Develop case studies and reference accounts that fuel GTM. Hire your own team as we scale.
