The Role
You'll be the first business hire sitting between customers, product, and GTM at Forgent AI. Your job: own the commercial outcome of every customer relationship, from first pilot to full rollout, and turn what works into a repeatable growth engine. You'll own the full post-sale journey (pilot, onboarding, adoption, expansion), work hands-on with our earliest customers to embed Forgent AI into their tender workflows, prove measurable ROI, and build the playbook that makes customer success repeatable.
What You'll Do
Drive time-to-value and prove ROI.
- Lead onboarding of new customers.
- Map each customer's end-to-end tendering process and implement Forgent AI into it. Together with the customer, run change management towards new processes with Forgent AI.
- Drive fast time-to-value, then make it repeatable. Run structured value reviews tied to real outcomes: hours saved, cycle-time reduction, tender throughput, win-rate improvement.
Build the commercial logic for retention and growth.
- Design structured adoption plans and run value reviews tied to measurable outcomes: hours saved, cycle-time reduction, tender throughput, compliance error reduction, and improved input to win rate.
- Own renewals and expansions in close collaboration with the leadership and sales.
- Multi-thread relationships (bid manager, procurement lead, compliance/legal, exec sponsor).
Be the bridge to product.
- Translate customer pain points into clear product requirements.
- Create feedback loops on AI quality, compliance, and accuracy.
- Help define what "good" looks like for AI-generated tender responses.
Build the function from zero. Create onboarding templates, health scoring, playbooks, escalation paths, and enablement materials. Develop case studies and reference accounts that fuel GTM. Hire your own team as we scale.
Navigate complexity.
- Support customers in regulated, high-stakes procurement contexts where QA/compliance gates matter.
- Coordinate stakeholders across procurement, legal, and exec teams to keep implementations moving.
