The Role

Join Forgent AI on the ground floor and learn what it really takes to build and scale a company. Working directly with our founders, serial entrepreneurs with multiple exits each (incl. to Check24 and Databricks), you'll help drive our commercial engine: reaching out to leads, sparking real conversations, and moving deals forward in a EUR 500 bn market. It's a front-row seat to how an AI startup grows, and a foundation for your own entrepreneurial career.

We're looking for someone hungry. You don't need years of experience. You need energy, curiosity, and the drive to get involved wherever you can make an impact.

What You’ll Do

• Contact and call our leads. Fast, friendly, and persistent
• Qualify interest and book meetings for the founders and AEs
• Run first discovery calls yourself as you ramp up
• Our GtM motion is efficient and AI-optimized. No worries about unneccessary CRM hygiene, research etc. You focus on what really matters: the personal exchange
• Share what you hear from prospects to help us improve our messaging
